An emergency is a situation where the health and safety of persons is threatened or immediate action is required to prevent or limit severe damage to the Society’s or a tenant’s property. In the event of medical, fire and police emergencies, call 911. This number is not intended to be used in situations where you would normally call 911, including complaints about noise and tenant behaviour.
